-
Can I keep my unspent R2A Tokens as souvenirs?
Absolutely! The annual design will make them a collector's item. Feel free to purchase as many additional tokens for souvenirs as you like. It's a great way to make a cash donation to the Cascade Rail Foundation too, and still have something solid to show for it!
-
Is there a discount for advance ticket purchases?
Yes! Advance tickets, online or purchased locally, are $15.00, saving $5 off the gate admission price of $20.00, and avoiding the risk of missing out if the event is sold out in pre-sales, as anticipated.
-
Is there a group discount?
For groups of 10 or more tickets purchased at one time with cash or local check, please contact us to arrange a 10% discount. (Not available through website purchases, so please use our contact form to make arrangements for these savings.) Please be sure to include your contact information so we can set up the sale. Discount only available on advance ticket purchases. Tickets sold at the gate will be at full price.

What about designated drivers (DD's) and those who chose not to drink alcoholic beverages?
We applaud DD's! The Rails To Ales BREWFEST encourages and supports designated drivers, attendees who want to enjoy the party, music and fun with their friends who choose not to drink beer or wine, those slowing down before heading out, and anyone wishing to use all or part of their tokens for food or non-alcoholic beverage alternatives.
That is why we offer a food or non-alcohol purchase option for your initial 5 tokens (admission price is the same for everyone, $15 in advance, $20 at the door), and any additional tokens purchased at the event. Look for the "Tokens Accepted Here" sign at participating vendors to spend your tokens like cash ($1.25 per token exchange rate) towards tasty food and beverage choices.

Yes! To ensure that guests are provided quality service, 2nd shift volunteers may enjoy the music, food and non-alcoholic beverages prior to their shift with their free admission, however they are not eligible to sample alcoholic products.) Each volunteer will receive a free t-shirt and our endless bountiful gratitude for helping the Cascade Rail Foundation with this fund raiser event. To sign up and qualify for your own free t-shirt, please visit our contact page, and select "volunteering" and enter your contact information. Someone will get back with you soon.

Who benefits from this event's proceeds?
Glad you asked - the Cascade Rail Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to projects promoting remembrance of the Milwaukee Road's rail legacy in Washington state, is the benefactor of the Rails to Ales BREWFEST event. The very Depot and Railyard that will play the important role as host site for the Brewfest is a visible testimony to the dedication of Cascade Rail Foundation Board members and volunteers, as it was their vision, planning and sweat that, along with Washington State Parks and other organizations' and individuals' contributions, made the restoration to its former glory possible. Future projects include rehabilitation of the nextdoor Sub-Station - the towering brick building next to the Depot. Your participation in this event help with all Cascade Rail Foundation projects, like the Sub-Station. Your contributions are appreciated, but most importantly, we sincerely hope that our efforts to provide an enjoyable event and a good value for you and your family and friends will be successful.
