Adding to the party atmosphere of great beers and tasty food, 2 great area live bands will be performing.
For over two decades, The Blue Tropics have performed throughout the Pacific Northwest and
Alaska, earning the reputation as “the eastside party band of choice.” Featuring an eclectic mix
of tight harmonies and tropical music liberally seasoned with doses of rock and roll, zydeco,
blues, and boogie-woogie, The Blue Tropics are summer regulars at wineries throughout
Central WA. You can hear their beach music magic on the CD “The Blue Tropics on Vacation.” For more on The Blue Tropics, you can visit their website.
One cold night in 1999, some Roslyn residents gathered in spontaneous musical celebration. A few weeks later, the band Free Beer at Exit 80 emerged to play its first gig. Today, the band continues to create music that is as eclectic as it is energetic.
How do they describe it? Free Beer at Exit 80 plays an organic mix of blues, rock, funk, and bluegrass. Melodic, sweet, and dynamic, the sound encourages a musical experience:
“Rock-Move-Jam-Groove—Dance-Trip-Run-Skip.” For more on Free Beer at Exit 80, you can visit their website.
